The concept combines the classic Mediterranean essence of southern Italy and the Greek islands with a Balearic touch. The entire floor plan has been designed almost entirely on the ground floor, with the master bedroom and private terrace as an exclusive retreat on the upper floor, offering breathtaking sunset views. The central element of this layout is a visual axis between the entrance and the dining area, which offers a direct, unobstructed view of the sea as soon as you enter the house. The pergola, which elegantly stretches across the entire outdoor terrace, complements the clear geometry and completes the architectural composition. The volumetry of the house – with deliberately placed height and depth gradations – creates a subtle but noticeable dynamic, both from the pool and from the street.
Materials and colour scheme emphasise the Mediterranean minimalism: natural stone on the entrance areas creates a powerful presence towards the street, light microcement surfaces in the interior and a deliberately reduced façade style towards the garden and pool convey lightness, tranquillity and spaciousness.
